Application
As a group protective agent and activator, it is used in the synthesis of some antibiotics, hepatitis, tumors, AIDS, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and other therapeutic drugs. For example, it can be used to synthesize amikacin, simicanamycin, azvudine, penicillin, cephalosporin, fluorouracil and various penicillin derivatives. During the drug synthesis process, it can protect specific groups in the drug molecules so that they are not destroyed during the reaction. The protective groups can be removed after the reaction is completed, thereby improving the efficiency and purity of drug synthesis.
